Limited Lifetime Warranty

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is made by Robert H Peterson Company, Fire Magic Division (hereinafter referred to as "Fire Magic"), to the original purchaser only.

Lifetime coverage
Fire Magic Cast Stainless Steel Burners, Stainless Steel Rod Cooking Grids, and Stainless Steel Housings (including liners, frames, hoods, and barbecue faces) are warranted for as long as you own your Fire Magic Barbecue.

Fifteen year coverage
Fire Magic Brass Burners, Brass Valves, Backburner Assemblies (except ignition parts), Manifold Assemblies, and Porcelain Housings (including liners, frames, hoods, and barbecue faces) are warranted for fifteen (15) years from the date of purchase.

Three year coverage
Fire Magic Sideburners and all other Fire Magic Barbecue components (except ignition systems) are warranted for three (3) years from the date of purchase.

One year coverage
Fire Magic ignition systems and barbecue accessories are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

COVERAGE DETAILS

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from State to State or Province to Province.

All obligations of Fire Magic under this document commence on the date the Original Purchaser purchases the gas stove, fireplace or insert (the “Purchase Date”). One year coverage expires on the first (1st) anniversary of the Purchase Date. Three year coverage expires on the third (3rd) anniversary of the Purchase Date. Fifteen year coverage expires on the fifteenth (15th) anniversary of the Purchase Date.

CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS

The appliance is only warranted for the use as intended by the installation and operating instructions and local building codes. The warranty will not cover damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, alteration or improper installation.

This limited warranty is void unless the appliance is installed in accordance with the instructions furnished with the appliance.

Any damages resulting from defects in this product are limited to replacement of defective parts and do not include incidental and consequential expenses sustained in connection with the product.

THE FINE PRINT

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AS TO QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
To obtain warranty service, the consumer shall return the defective part to the original selling dealer transportation prepaid, along with the serial number of the appliance and proof of purchase. Any defective part, in our judgment, will be repaired or replaced at Fire Magic's discretion. The dealer must obtain approval from an authorized Fire Magic representative before any repairs are made.

Minor warping or discoloration of certain parts is normal and is not a defect covered by this warranty. Major warping of parts can be caused by over-firing the appliance. Over-firing above rated nameplate specifications is contrary to the Manufacturer's instructions and may void this warranty.
