No question, a wood fire adds a cheery glow to any room. That's why today's wood stoves have clear ceramic glass viewing windows and a built-in airwash design to help keep them clean. Everybody wants the biggest fire view they can get, but there are limitations: the size of the loading door and the "reach" of the airwash dictate the maximum width and height of the window.
